Eating In

Roasted Sesame Winter Slaw and Tahini Cream Dressing with Orange
For ten days, until March 1, I’m taking eating out, OUT of my diet.

All the nutrition experts I’ve talked to recommend when you take something away replace it with something even better—so I take awaybuying convenience foods on the run and replace them with eating fresh, nourishing, from scratch, seasonal soups, salads, and entrées.

1 vegetarian entrée-Red Beans and Brown Rice with Red-Wine simmered Seitan

1 meat entrée-Shitake Meatloaf
