We were honored to create a seasonal menu for the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center’s 40th Anniversary Gala. It was an inspiring evening dedicated to supporting small business and celebrating with good food.

For over five years, Renaissance has been an important part of our journey, offering invaluable coaching and support for small businesses like ours. Their mission to empower Bay Area residents through entrepreneurship and build thriving, sustainable communities resonates deeply with us. It was a night filled with creativity, community, and celebration.

At the Gala, the theme was Small Business, BIG IMPACT, a fitting tribute to the thousands of entrepreneurs Renaissance has supported. Chef Jackie led our team, joined by Chef Natalie and Chef Rivkah, in serving a seasonal menu that included:

  • Heirloom Tomato & Strawberry Gazpacho
  • Butternut Squash, Arugula & Roasted Whipped Chèvre Tartine
  • Broccoli & Garlic Ricotta Toast with Hot Honey
