Room at the Table: A Night of Connection, Community, Celebration… and a Grazing Table
As women business owners, we love to show and spread our support where we can – especially to other women-owned businesses. That’s why Chef Erika was thrilled to be asked to be a part of Room at the Table, a vibrant community soirée hosted by The Hivery.
Events like these help uplift our spirits as well as the camaraderie between women business owners. It’s an excuse to join in the fun, all while supporting a good cause.
The Heirloom Chef had the privilege of creating an epic grazing table for this event held at the stunning waterfront venue ERIA in Sausalito. The evening brought together more than 200 women for a gathering rooted in connection, collaboration, and celebration.
What is The Hivery?
The Hivery is a first of its kind coworking space, community and inspiration lab, where smart and dynamic entrepreneurs, writers, and creatives go to get mentorship, training, resources, connections, and the kind support you need to create a business and life that matters.
The inaugural event of Room at the Table was built on a simple but powerful idea: when women’s communities come together, something meaningful happens. The event united founders, leaders, and members from a range of purpose-driven organizations including SHE-CAN, The Super Club, Seismic Sisters, Wonder Women Marin, and more.
A Beautiful Setting for Connection
With sweeping views of the San Francisco skyline, The ERIA Sausalito provided the perfect backdrop.
Guests gathered for conversation and connection, and even had a beautiful golden hour for headshots. Everything about the evening felt intentional and special.
A Seasonal Grazing Table by The Heirloom Chef
As always, our goal was to create food that feels as good as it looks. Our boards were crafted to be approachable yet refined, allowing guests a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds.
Our team created an elegant grazing table designed to complement the flow of the evening. With a focus on seasonal ingredients and vibrant presentation, the experience offered guests a variety of light bites that encouraged mingling and connection.
More Than an Event
What made Room at the Table truly memorable was not just the setting or the details, but the feeling in the room. There was a shared community feeling. It reinforced how important it is to create space for women to gather, celebrate, and support one another.
We are honored to have been part of an evening that brought so many inspiring women together under one roof.
